  Kathy Boyle Laufer & Rita Boyle O'Brien are sisters that have lived in South Jersey for over 30 years. They both grew up in the Merchantville/Pennsauken Area and continue to live there. In addition to living next door to each other, they work together as the #1 Real Estate Team and the Broker Owners of Garden State Properties Group in Cherry Hill, NJ. 

  They can be seen volunteering for many local events, such as the Merchantville Car Show and were the Committee Chairs for the Merchantville Holiday Home Tour. They are also active through their local Schools and Church, with their local Board of Realtors. They also volunteer and raise money for Alex's Lemonade, St Jude, NF Foundation and the Make A Wish Foundation. They both have a passion for the real estate industry and love helping people to achieve the dream of home ownership.
